I remember reading a brilliant (and cutting) profile of her in the Guardian a few years ago. She was also a college fave of mine, and I can’t say I’ve really kept up with her latest music, but her political endeavors add a depth to her legacy that I imagine will keep her a fave among college students indefinitely.
